My teaching philosophy is radical, inclusive, and blended. I believe that learning happens in multiple places, in relation to multiple texts, and as a result of multiple literacies.

 

I am committed to teaching and learning for emotional and social justice. The courses I develop are for people in sanctioned spaces (on my actual campus), in digital spaces (on my virtual campus), in alternative spaces (e.g. k-12 schools, libraries, colleges and universities, community centers, alternative teaching and training institutions, auditoriums governed and occupied by diverse groups).
